Top Localities of Gurugram to Buy a Property

ACRESnFEETS

If you want to buy a property in GURUGRAM , you need to understand the major locations in GURUGRAM in decreasing order of property rates in that area :

  1. Golf Course Road

This is the heart of Gurgaon. Some of the most premium properties are located here including super luxury apartments like ‘The Camelias’ , ‘Aralias’, “Magnolias’ etc. Mostly the development is by DLF. The road itself is a landmark with almost no signal lights.

2. Golf Course Extension Road

It is the costliest area after Gold Course Road. Development is mainly by M3M , IREO and EMAAR. It has some excellent upcoming properties and also some good commercial projects.

3. New Gurgaon

If we go beyond the toll plaza on NH8 , we come across this area on the right side with sectors 80 – 86. It has some excellent options by DLF , BESTECH , VATIKA etc. It has some good ready to move in properties with reasonable price. You can find a good apartment around 1–1.5 Cr with excellent facilities. The only issue is the toll plaza which we may be removed very soon.

4. Dwarka Expressway

Its an 18 KM stretch with more than 70+ under construction real estate projects. Lot of projects are affordable and you can buy a good apartment from 75lacs to 1cr with good facilities.

5. South Gurgaon

As the name suggest , South Gurgaon is in south of Gurgaon city. In fact its close to SOHNA. It has lot of projects and most of them are very reasonably priced. This is the place where you may buy an apartment from 50–75 lacs. Govt has announced an elevated road from Subhash chowk to this area , this location will be of attraction in coming days due to low cost of the properties.

Conclusion

Finally it all depends on your budget. My personal suggestion is to go for a ready to move in property.
